Behind the Scenes Tours – Ts & Cs

Health and Safety

In line with government guidance we have introduced a range of new health and safety measures to reduce the risk associated with Covid-19.

  • Covid-19 training for staff
  • Protective Equipment for staff
  • Enhanced deep clean before, after and between tours
  • Hygiene stations and hand sanitiser available
  • Increased walkway and visitor space created around the house to aid social distancing

For your reassurance, our safety and hygiene precautions have been awarded the ‘Good to Go’ Visit England industry standard.
