Private Group Tours
Fairfax House offers a range of pre-booked tailor-made tours for groups.
Fairfax House offers special interest tours led by curators and outside experts. These include in-depth studies of English furniture, silver, clocks, Chinese ceramics and European paintings.
It is possible to accommodate 50 people on group tours, although the party will be split into smaller groups to enable members to examine individual items in greater detail.
Group visits can be arranged at any time outside normal opening hours. This incudes evenings and any morning before 11am.

PRIVATE GUIDED TOUR CHARGES
Connoisseur Guided Tours
£12 per person which includes a detailed look at the furniture, a unique opportunity to examine the hidden compartments inside some of the magnificent cabinets and conclude the tour with a glass of wine. Minimum number for this tour is 10 people.
Evening Guided Tours with wine
£7.50 per person. This includes a glass of wine and a general tour. Minimum number for this tour is 15 people.
Evening Guided Tours
£6.00 per person. A general tour of the house and collection. Minimum number for this tour is 15 people.
