An experience for Chocolate lovers to learn about the history of chocolate & indulge a little.
The early introduction of chocolate into
England is a fascinating story which food
historian Ivan Day will explain in an
illustrated talk. He will also demonstrate
how chocolate was originally made and
the chefs at Middlethorpe Hall will tempt you with their exciting delicacies. The event is part of the 2009 York Festival of Food and Drink.
