A tour with June Hargreaves of hidden corners.
Due to popular demand we have arranged a repeat of a tour around such hidden corners as Penny Lane Court, Margaret Philipson Court, and Turk’s Head Court. June Hargreaves will give a brief introduction in Bedern Hall to Lord Esher’s vision for the area and then lead a tour of the streets, heading towards the medieval Black Swan pub. We assemble in the delightful panelled room upstairs. (Drinks are members’ own responsibility!) June will also discuss the rescue of this important building.
