A major archaeological excavation by York Archaeological Trust is underway at this site and members are privileged to be allowed access during the early stages of the dig.
Dr Richard Hall and Dr Patrick Ottoway have kindly agreed to show members around and explain what they have unearthed so far and what they expect to find over the next two years.
