Join the Friends for a delightful afternoon in the heart of the Wolds at Sledmere House, home to the Sykes family since the 18th century. A private tour of this lovely house, restored after a fire in 1910 when most contents were saved, will be followed by afternoon tea in the Orangery. Friends are welcome to arrive early to explore the walled garden with its roses at their very best, the stables and vast park planted with nearly a million trees in the 19th century.

Own transport required to Sledmere House, ample parking.
