NEW ROLE: Visitor Engagement and Volunteer Officer

Are you a proactive people person? Are you trustworthy and responsible, with strong attention to detail? If so, you would be the ideal person to join our team, running our friendly front of house and ensuring our visitors and volunteers always have a great experience in the museum. You would also act as a key holder and weekend duty manager.

To apply, you must have previous experience within a customer service environment, preferably within the museum/gallery sector or in a retail operation, and working with and developing volunteers.
