Loyal knight Wilfred of Ivanhoe (Taylor) sets out to free the kidnapped King Richard, the Lionheart, and rescue England from the clutches of the evil prince John in this rousing adventure tale where the chivalric and daring stand strong. Joining forces with the brave-hearted Robin of Locksley, Ivanhoe must confront Prince John and the fierce Norman warrior Brian de Bois-Guilbert while also juggling the affections of the beautiful maidens Rowena (Fontaine) and Rebecca (Taylor). Nominated for three Academy Awards.
